# Referral program

From each referral, users will also gain 1.5% of their deposit amount as a thank you. In turn, the new investor will also gain 1% additional to their deposits. This is just another way that Vectous can help you generate value in your investments. \
\
The bonus amounts are virtual and aren't taken from either side's balance or deposit amount. for example when a user with a referral link creates a deposit of 100 BUSD contract will assume the deposit as a 101 BUSD.

{% hint style="info" %}
User referral link and their collected bonus are shown in the referral section of dashboard.
{% endhint %}

**How do users receive their bonus from their referrals?**\
Referral bonus won't be sent automatically and are not collectable either, instead they are gathered as bonus and will be added to original amount of next deposit of the user.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://vectous.gitbook.io/docs/vectous-1/referral-program.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
